Andie McKellar
Andrea “Andie” McKellar is the founding member of McKellar Law Group, PLLC. Andie has practiced law in Nashville since 1998, specializing in complex civil litigation and dispute resolution. Prior, Andie practiced at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC – one of the largest law firms in the Southeast – where she was a partner in the firm’s litigation group.
Andie is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is admitted to practice before all Tennessee courts, including the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee. She graduated from Vanderbilt Law School where she was Associate Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. While in law school, Andie studied International Law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Prior to law school, Andie graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Anthropology and Journalism from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
Pooja R. Bery
Pooja Bery is an attorney at McKellar Law Group, PLLC. Pooja graduated from Nashville School of Law, where she founded its Legal Aid Society in order to help provide pro bono legal services to people across Tennessee. During her law school tenure, Pooja volunteered over 800 pro bono hours. Prior to law school, Pooja graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Political Science and Psychology from Austin Peay State University. Currently, Pooja is working on obtaining her LL.M. with a concentration in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Pooja has experience in business and finance, particularly banking, real estate investment, and restaurant management. Pooja focuses her practice primarily on civil litigation. Her focus includes business and real estate disputes, personal injury, family law, and immigration.
